Canadian makers of Picatinny rings?

Are there any Canadian MANUFACTURERS (not just importers) of Picatinny base scope rings?
I would like to support our own makers if the price and quality allows.
With the US being so miserable about exports of gun stuff, I feel strongly about this.

Near Piccy base is $175 and the 30mm rings are $225. I have a set.
 
I should have specified in the first post, I have the rail, I'm looking for 1" rings.

$225 for rings? Holy crap!:eek:
I'm sure that these for US$6.95 are a pile of poo, but I was hoping to get something decent for under Can.$100

I agree, Richard's stuff is built like a tank and machined to perfection. His stuff is used worldwide by shooters and guys who shoot for a living. Outstanding customer service as well.
