who gets to go to the matches in the usa

for prone, there was to be 5 canadians on the team and some guys only shot sat am and sunday am to qualify
cant seem to find it as I am on dial up when I download the info

I was not there, I only shoot the National when it is held in Beachburg, Ontario...it's such a beautiful range..
