Just a reminder that the birds start flying tomorrow (Friday) morning. If you're in the neighborhood stop by and have a look. When not shooting, I'll be behind the desk taking registration and entering scores.

Day 1 is now history.

Steve Loveday beat John Kapron in a shootoff of 100s in doubles.

Uncommonly calm winds allowed for 10 100x100 in the 12ga. Chuck Isaac outlasted 9 shooters to finish off as champ. Gary Mills was Runner up.

This evening Mario Quesnel was inducted into the Canadian Skeet Hall of Fame at a ceremony at the Oshawa Skeet and Gun Club.

Tomorrow the 20ga will be held along with the first half of the 28ga. Results to follow as available.

Day 2 is in the books, and Sunday will prove to be a busy day.

The good weather continued Saturday.

The only event fully completed was the 20ga. Don Boulter finished as Champ with Charlie Peacock as runner up.

The rest of the 28ga will finish Sunday morning with the .410 starting at noon. The HOA event will go down to the wire as a result of the favourable weather conditions.

The 28ga finished with Don Boulter winning a second event as he outlasted John Kapron in a shootoff off 100s.

In the .410, Chuck Isaac had the only 100x100 to win the gun outright. Rick Lawry finished as runner up with a 99x100

In the High Over-All event, Chuck Isacc's 100x100 in the .410 was exactly what he needed to edge Charlie Peacock by 1 bird. Isaac finished at 397x400 for Champ and Peacock at 396x400 for Runner-Up

The Lady HOA Championship went to Kathy Cross
Lady Runner Up was Brenda Bangert
Lady 3rd and Canadian Lady Champ was Marcia Grocholski.

High All Around Champion was Peter Smith defeating Runner Up Marc-Andre Jodoin in a shootoff of 494x500.
