Canadian Open Skeet Championships this weekend at Waterford

The 55th Canadian Skeet Championships are being held this weekend at the Waterford Gun Club.

Doubles and 12ga fly on Friday, July 2nd

20ga and the 1st half of the 28 are on Saturday

2nd half of the 28 and .410 on Sunday.

Stop in and check it out if you are in the area.

Congrats to Brad on being the Canadian 2010 .410 Bore Champion with a 99, shooting targets that were blown all over the place. Terrific shooting by a guy who was working hard with others to keep the shoot running smoothly all weekend.

Charlie Peacock took High Overall with a 397 and Brad I believe was HOA RU with a 395.

It was a very enjoyable weekend. Thanks to Don Walton and all the folks at the Waterford club. The club was in great shape, the hospitality was top notch and the targets were excellent.

I'll be back at that club for registered targets in the future. It's good to see an Ontario club going the extra distance to promote NSSA/OSSA events.
