Canadian reloading services

Are there any custom reloading companies (like in the US) that will do reloading for you in Canada? There seem to be several in the states but I haven't seen any in Canada. My guess is that there is probably some law against it in this anti-gun country. Can anyone help me with info? Thanks

You're correct in your assumption that permits are required.
