Canadian SA XD Armorer

the only help i can be is call Springfield talk to the person that handles international customers. when i did he told me there was guy was in quebec. i wasn't overly concerned at the time as who it was i just wanted to make sure that they would cover a Canadian repair before i bought one. i also read on another website a Canadian had his sent out for warranty work and it went to quebec. sorry that all the help i can be.
 
The "guy in Quebec" is not the most helpful person that I've dealt with in my life... ;)
When I had an issue with my XD40, Wolverine Supplies helped me right away. The "guy in Quebec" is still thinking about it 6 months later.

You will see what the guy in Quebec did to my xd on a warranty repair. :mad:
Distributor had to send it to Springfield in USA to repair damage.

I waited 3 months for guy in Quebec ####ty job.
Gun is still in USA for repair (for lmost 6 month now)
 
OK, thanks for the heads up! I e-mailed SA directly tonight. I will post their response.


Umbakrail, what is the hold up with SA? Have they repaired the problems? Have you been in contact with SA... regarding the delays?
Any info would be appreciated.

Distributor asked me to contact them only through the store where I bought the gun. Actually store owner is trying to get news since august but it seems everyone in charge of repair is on vacation.
