Canadian source for 416R stainless

My friend who hooked me up with my 416R stainless in the past, passed away. I am now looking for a new source. I dont need much, but cant find it anywhere up here. Does anybody have a source for it up here in Canada? (ideally looking for a couple feet of 1 5/16" diameter - or slightly bigger shafting)

I would ask Ron Smith, Ted Gaillard or Bob Jury. I believe they all buy from the same place and at the same time and divvy up the steel as needed. They might be willing to sell you some material.

Carpenter Specialty Alloys has a product that most of the barrel makers up here use. check with the above barrel makers and they will steer you in the right direction.

the last time I bought some was from British Steel Alloys. It was quite a while ago however.
