Canadian source for 6-48 plug screws?

Brownells has the nicest ones. Headless or domed head which ever you prefer. Just about any gun shop that mounts scopes on new rifles will have a bunch on hand. Most new rifles come with domed head plug screws that have to be removed to mount a scope.

WGP has always had them when I was in need. Like Guntech says, Brownells has a big selection and usually a volume discount - which is nice, they can be pricey little buggers.
 
I ordered up the multi pack from brownells or cabelas (can't remember)with a whole bunch of common screws. You could add on other screws if you need more of one kind. Its a great investment and I should have bought it years ago.
