Canadian Swarovski repair

Anyone know where to get Swarovski binos serviced in Canada? My 15 X 56s seem to be out of alignment.

Their service Center is in Cranston Rhode Island call or email them with your issue they usually send you shipping instructions etc then they fix you up and ship them back fairly painless operation in my experience

Its likely that the specifics have changed, but back in the 90's after numerous years of hunting abuse, my Swarovski 10x40 porro prisms finally went out of collimation. I drove into Red Deer, to a camera shop that sold a few Swarovski products. They shipped them to Ontario somewhere and then Ontario shipped them to Austria. They came back in about a month, fully adjusted and looking new. No charge except for the first shipping charge to Ontario...I think it cost around $15. I originally bought those Swaros second-hand. I was not the original owner and didn't claim to be. I still use them. They have found a lot of game for me. Excellent warranty service.

i would no bother to sent it to usa repair center but ship directly to austria. few times i needed or someone else i know closely needed services us repair center sent it to ausria that shipped it back to canada ...

I called the main office in Rhode Island, they sent me a shipping label, turnaround was about a month. I believe they said if it’s something they can’t do there then they’ll ship it to Austria. Excellent customer service A+

If you send it to the states, your probably going to need a import permit from the feds to get it back into the country. Yaaaa itar.
