I've found shipping from Brownells to generally pretty reasonable but also pretty variable. Using USPS, I've paid anywhere from $5 to $20 for a package ($100 or less of gun parts), depending on size and weight.
Be sure to specify USPS, as the others will randomly hit you with outlandish brokerage fees due on delivery ($40 once, over and above duty and taxes). With USPS, I sometimes have to pay duty and taxes on delivery and sometimes not, but it's always very reasonable.
Wait times vary A LOT, and depend almost entirely on the delay at the border (which is random). I've gotten packages in one week, and some in three weeks.
Last time I tried, Brownells wouldn't ship me anything from Wilson Combat. Wilson Combat wouldn't ship to me, either. There's no harm in asking, though.
