Canadian WW2 303 ammunition

I don't believe it's corrosive as such, but I've been told that the accelerant they use - looks like tiny ribbons/strings, burns quite hot and that it could do some damage to the bore, over time. How much, or how long - I have no idea - but the possibility of that happening, has made me quit using it.

If it has a DI VIIz headstamp with a standard sized large rifle primer, it is Boxer primed, non-corrosive, loaded with nitrocellulose powder. DI = Defense Industries, a CIL plant.
If it is DA VII headstamp with a 1/4" primer it is corrosive Berdan primed, loaded with cordite. Corrosive primer, erosive propellant. DA = Dominion Arsenal, a government plant.
