Cannot track shipping?

Is anyone having any luck tracking their shipping from Canpar at the moment? Every time I enter my barcode number (either direct from CanAm link or manually) plus my postal I get a pop up error;

This web site needs a different Google maps API key. A new key can be generated at http://code.google.com/apis/maps/documentation/javascript/v2/introduction.html#Obtaining_Key. [OK]

If I enter it with the "D" prefix I get nothing. If I just enter the numeric portion I get this error. Same error in Firefox & IE.
 
Not yet. Phone's completely dead. Fired off an email though. If anyone else has an order in transit, can they please check if they can track it? I investigated that error message, seems CanPar needs to buy more map requests from Google?
 
CanPar's tracking system works for me, but like many other shipper's systems, it is not updated that much. CanPar is more convenient for me than UPS.
 
I have an order that will supposed to be here today,I get that error but the tracker pops up after i hit the ok button.Says it left the depot on the 6th and thats the last it was tracked.
 
Yes, it is a glitch in their system, but click OK and it will move to tracking after.

If it does not work, try another browser. It seems to like some and not others.
 
didnt work for me either, when i called they told me they didnt have anything on file related with that tracking number, but if they had Canam shipper number they might be able to help....the tracking wont work with my postal code

Quick update; I called Canpar and got a very nice lady on the phone. Took about 4 minutes, she tracked it and said it's on route & gave me the expected delivery date. BTW, they average 5 days from Vancouver to Hamilton, according to her.

She also said to try canpar.com , not .ca, as sometimes the Canadian site get's mucked up but the US site still works.

It finally showed up on their website, said "Friday Nov 16, before end of day". Called 5:30 Friday, again super nice lady tracked it down but appologized and told me it's going to be Monday now. "Morning delivery though, if that helps". And it did arrive Monday in good condition.
