That would be correct, drops right onto a AR-15 lower ( slight mod -> Bolt Catch ) and away you go.

Would it be possible to send the upper to ATRS and do the DA50 mod to it so it accepts their non restricted lower? Have you asked them to find out whats involved. We might have a non restricted belt fed AR15....

Already asked that. I got this from an other user

DA50 (nonrestricted) uses the rear takedown pin of an AR, but the front is secured to the lower using a bolt that goes through an area that would have a magwell (if trying to attach to and AR15 lower). impossible to use an AR15 upper on a DA50 lower.

I'm aware of that, but since this is a belt fed, we do not need the AR15 lower magwell. And just like the DA50 had to get modified by ATRS to work with the their lower, I wonder if its possible to modify this upper to work with the ATRS non restricted lower.
