Can't login to the website / Password change required but won't accept it

Site problem, I try to login and tells me "you must change your password"

I pick a new password and submit on the format and it errors out with "Invalid.Loginname.Password"

If I submit the same password as the old one, it says the new password needs to be different than the old one, so that comparison is working, but it won't write any new password I pick (I tried a number of times all with different password selections of various strengths)

So I can't login to order anything...

What's going on?
