Can't see private messages

I can't see my replies to private messages. Need help. Thanks.

have you tried clicking on "sent items" on the left-hand side menu (just below inbox)?

Yes, tried that but there are no messages. I use the quick reply box but don't see why that would matter. I can see my messages again when the other person replies back.

When you send a PM you have to check off save in my sent folder. If you don't it's not saved.

go to your profile and click "general settings"
there there's a "Sent Private Messages:" where you may want to select "Save a copy of sent messages in my Sent Items folder by default"

It wont save sent messages unless you set it to do so
