Can't upload images

I went to the forums to find out how to upload images for a new post. I am using the full editor. I can't seem to find out how to find the 'manage images' or 'manage attachments' button that the thread says exists. All I get is the 'insert a photo' button but that tells me I need a URL link to a web image. I want to post my own photo. How do I upload an image from my computer?

I scratched my head thoroughly also....... you can't upload images form your computer, the pictures have to be stored on a "photo storage" site and linked. Frustrating but it works
 
You need to post images from a image host site. (Photobucket, Flikr, imagur)
If you become a contributing (paying) member to CGN then you can upload from your computer.
