IM a Newbie to precision shooting, But I have just got the ball rolling on my first Percision rig. I just odered the Tactical stock from robertson composites. Im going to use a 700 SPS Varmint .308 action and Barrel. Im using that rifle because it has a heavy barrel and is in my price range. I dont know what Im going to use for Optics yet I have a $1200 budget for those. I plan on shooting 500 yards plus (I hope). Now im just counting the days til the stock gets here.
