I have followed the advice of Ganderite , and popped 2 plastic pieces out of the mag tube. The spring came out nicely after those 2 small pieces ( looks like a 1" round 3/8 hole in centre, 1/8" thick, and what looks like the same plastic material, but its a sleeve about 1" long, and looks almost like 3/4 PEX pipe (for water) 'cept the plastic "walls" are thinner then that of 3/4 PEX.

Unfortunately I am now still left with the follower, and 2 dummy shells left in the mag tube......

Looks like GUB had the best answer all along.....

Hopefully this increases capacity to 5+1 . If thats the case (Im fairly confident it will! It seems like one could fit a 5th shell in the tube, but it needs one inch or so more) I will be happy for this JAM/ stuck crap SNAP cap.
 
I would suggest putting the mag tube spring and cap back on to force the rounds back down to the receiver. Then remove the trigger assembly by punching out the two pins and flip the gun over to see the two sring loaded levers that control the feeding of shells when its pumped. There should be two small pins visable from the bottom of the receiver holding the mag stops in. One lets a round out of the magazine when racked and one stops the rest of shells from coming out. You can manually push the back of the actuator to release the rounds. If they wont come out with spring pressure a long dowel against the follower and a wack with the actuators depressed should do the trick.

I ended up following the advice of GUB , and it worked flawlessly.

In a way I am happy that this incident happened (Tipton brand plastic 12ga snap caps stuck in the mag tube).

MY CAPACITY IS NOW 5+1 (2-3/4) !!!!! WAHOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :) :) :)

The gun is now BETTER then before!

I just bought some Tipton brand snap caps (12ga) , the ones that are clear plastic with a brass "primer" and silver spring

These things are junk. Stay away at all costs. Previously I have bought all "A-Zoom" snap caps and they are perfect.

I have been wanting to practise speed loading the 12ga pump , and practice loading and cycling in the dark.

Epic failure..... now I have 2 plastic snap caps stuck in the mag tube, won't feed out, and looks like the plastic piece behind the mag tube nut isn't designed to be removed.

Someone help me plz plz.

Looks like this? The plastic lip you see is for your screwdriver. Stick it in there and pry/break that plastic thing out. Then the mag comes apart as you would expect.
 
Just ordered canuck commander. Not many reviews about them so finding this thread is nice. Will post feedback if anyone is interested. A nice tacticool bang for your buck (hopefully) option out there.

Not quite. Weatherby enlisted a Turkish company to build some of Weatherbys designs.

The Canuck is a Turkish design shared by many Turkish manufacturers, each with slight differences and for the most part having interchangeable parts.
