Canuck Enforcer mag capacity question.

Hi guys.
I have a question about Canuck Enforcer 12 ga shotgun with the 17 inch barrel, that is currently being sold for around $339 and comes included with 3 stock options (buttstock, pistol grip and raptor grip)

I was hoping someone here could clear some confusion about the mag capacity..
Retailers list them at 4+1, people who have them claim it is actually a 5+1 and there is a video of a guy who says it is a 6+1 and you can clearly hear 6 clicks as he is feeding the mag tube.

Also ,I noticed that the Enforcer in the guy's video seems to have the mag tube flush with the barrel, while in the retailers pics the mag tube is slightly shorter.

I'm.assuming that the listed capacity is always in the 2.75 in length.
What em'I missing here??

Depends on the ammo. In mine 6+1 with the bird shot I have and 5+1 with the S&B buckshot. The 6th one is close but no go.

Ok...I can see tiny variations from one 2.75 inch shell to another 2.75 inch shell, that would allow to go from 5 to 6 shell capacity.
That one makes sense.

But why do all the retailers list them as 4+1?
There must me another component to this, as most of the retailers screen shots have it showing with mag tube being flush with the barrel and some have it showing with the mag tube being couple inches shorter...same exact gun too.
