The barrels are made by Derya, out of Turkey. The rest, it's hard to say, there are over 200 companies of varying sizes making shotgun parts or complete guns. Canucks are regarded as one of the good ones.
I have a Canuck Marauder. The owners manual that came in the box is for a Derya with Derya's Turkish address and contact info printed on the back. As stated above, O'Dell Engineering is the Canadian importer of Canuck and models are shown on their website.
