I havent used that model but beretta 1301s go used for around the 1000 mark if thats doable.
My buddy has had his canuck ou in for service twice and my canuck pump didnt make double digits for a round count before it needed warrenty. If entry level ou and pumps cant survive minor range exposure i wouldnt trust a semi. I will say odell engineering handled both cases fsirly quickly. I was sent a shipping label so it didnt cost me anything. I still like and enjoy my pump but i wont take it out other than to the range for fun
