From checking them out in person it does look like a cloned Marlin action.

We just received these rifles just a few weeks ago. Since they are new to the market, we haven't received much feedback regarding their accuracy yet. I would expect them to perform around 2 MOA, as manufacturers typically would advertise 1 MOA if the rifle is capable of that level of precision.

I have not seen anything from O'Dell the importers for Canuck about having a takedown version or a 45-70 version at the moment. It would be sweet to have bigger calibers in a take down version at a good price.
