I am was looking to purchase a 357 1873 Uberti for cas and the quotes I am getting from the local shops are ridiculous. A friend of mind bought one in 2017 and paid 1200$ roughly but now it’s looking like I have to pay 1700$?! What’s up with the price jump?
Almost thinking of settling for either a 44-40 66 Winchester (1500 in stock at local store) or 44-40 73 Uberti used. Not the caliber I wanted since I have 38/357 Revolvers... and i hear 44-40 ammo is scarce.
What do u guys think?
