does anyone know who, or where you can get a good quality one from? planning on building a 300 rum soon and am interested in what the extra costs will be for one?

anyone have any pros or cons they would like to throw in please do, other than im trying to make a light gun out of a 40lb mule kicker, i know that already

I agree with Mystic, Aluminum sleeve are fun to do, but it does take much time, by the time the gunsmith finish up one of these sleeve for your barrel, you better of purchasing another rifles, machining time are not cheap, the best way is rethread and rechamber another heavy varmint barrel, the flue it the way you wanted, this way is One solid piece with larger surface for cooling at the same time retained the stiffness for the weight, the Ideal of having Carbon wrap barrel are great, but there isn't enough weight in the carbon wrap to counter the effect of recoil for larger caliber like 300wm or 300rum.
