Carcano Rear Sight Dissassembly

Hi,

Does anyone know to dissassemble the rear sight on a carcano? I'm trying to put a new ladder on my sight off of another sight since the screw holes don't line up on my rifle.

There were many different models of Carcano built and several different rear sights.

Can you post photos of your rifle AND the sight you are trying to assemble onto it?

The top is the sight that I'm sourcing parts from for the bottom sight.
