So I just picked up a Carlson's choke tube for my Benelli SBEII and had some questions about it, looked up their website and found a number to call figuring I would get sent to some customer service automated voice mail hellhole.
Oh not so fair reader, no automated systems a real live person picked up the phone and answers right away...couldn't answer all my questions right away says hang on a minute I'll go get Scott.
Less than a minute later I'm on the phone talking choke tubes with Scott Carlson directly. Awesome guy and very nice to speak with, had lots of info and thanked me for buying their product at the end of the conversation.
