Carlsons chokes and storing your chokes in your Benelli Nova.

I just got a Carlson Black cloud .705 (imp mod ?) choke for my Benelli Nova. Anyone have any experience with this type of choke? I will be using it with black cloud 3 or 3.5 #2 and #4 shells come duck season. Shooting over decoys.

Also here is how I store my spare chokes in the recoil pad of my Nova. I keep a Carlsons choke tool on my keychain as well

No experience with that exact choke, but I have lots of experience with Carlson's. I like them the best so far. Excellent place to store your tubes.

Well that's good to hear. Those Carlson chokes aren't cheap though!

No experience with the " Black Cloud " chokes but use their Sporting extended chokes in both my Brownings and Berettas and quite happy with them.

Rather than ripping off my recoil pad every time I wanted to change a choke I'd suggest investing $10.00 and get a case to hang off your belt for holding the chokes.
