Anyone use the CAT? I got this email from NECO (the company that sells QUICKLOAD reloading software) Seems like a good price but I'm not familiar with the tool.

Yes, I have had one for 3 years, works well, the logic of it makes sense to me, better to align then neck than bend the bullet in the neck like other systems do
