any reloaders find much difference in cartridge life span using nickle cases instead of brass?

Most of the nickle cases that I have used either start harder or work harden faster and split much sooner than plain brass cases.

I don't carefully count the number of times that I reload my pistol cases so I'm not sure how quickly it happens. They just always seem to be the first to go.

I've reloaded a gazillion nickel handgun cases. Can't say I've noticed any difference from brass other than it's shinier.

While I haven't loaded anywhere near that with rifle, what I have loaded seems to last as long as brass cases.

Never noticed any difference in case life, but the nickel plated rifle cases scratch the crap out of the resizing die.

I found that they only last half as long for rifle and no difference with pistol
