CAS at spruce grove??

I have heard some rumor of CAS shoots at the spruce grove range. is there any substance to this or is it just that a Rumor.

i'm new to this game so any info would probably help.

Word has it FT Kusk has been sold and the AFS was looking for a new home. Spruce Grove was one of the clubs asked, but they requested an exceptionally large amount of money up front. I gather the AFS is still looking.
