One of the handiest gadgets in my loading room is a taper reamer. I bought this one at Lee Valley for about $15.
I chuck it in my electric drill and clamp the drill in a vice, while running at a slowish speed. I then take a bucket of brass and run each case mouth over the reamer.
The shallow angle makes it easy to seat any bullet without scratching.
