Is there anyone in Canada who can color case harden an M98 Mauser action?

I've got a Mauser action that I want to do some welding on, and I know that if I weld near the receiver ring, I will need to re-heat treat the receiver.

I was thinking that it would be cool to use color case hardening instead of traditional treatment. My gunsmith assures me this will work, IF I can find someone who does it.

Anyone know of a place in Canada that can do it? I just need the hardening itself done. Receiver will be prepped in advance and probably secured to a jig with a rod through the bolt raceway to prevent warping if the shop advises it.

EDIT:
Before someone lectures me, the receiver in question is a pre-WW1 DWM receiver which was originally machined from mild steel and case hardened. Using ordnance grade steel only came about on WW2 era Mauser actions.

I just want ot know who commercially does CCH on firearms receivers in Canada without warping it all to ####.
