case of 28 ga ?

I can't help you on Alberta but if you intend to do a lot of clay target shooting with the 28 you might want to seriously start looking at the reloaders. The 28 is my favourite gauge but factory ammo is pricey and sometimes hard to find.
 
With a 28 guage, you really should be reloading. Save you the endless hunt for ammo and you'll be using better ammo.
