Case options for Ruger Takedown

I opened my Takedown today and installed a scope onto it. Unfortunately, after installing the scope, the receiver end of the scope is now too long to fit back into the Takedown case.

Is there a backpack with similar deep vertical pockets I can use instead CGN can recommend I look into?

I only got one strap with the bag, shouldn't there be two? One for each shoulder?

After looking at some other people's pictures, I may actually have the scope mounted too forward. However, I do find where I have the scope now to be the most comfortable position. I'll post a picture in a bit for another opinion.

My friend installed a set of Leupold quick release rings when mounting the scope on his takedown.
They are not cheap; but work extremely well at maintaining zero.
The real benefit is that the rifle stays fully takedown(able) and stores nicely in the supplied case

Thanks for the suggestion. Those rings cost more than the scope though.
I think I rather just get another bag at that price.

Mine only came with one strap too. I think it's more of a shoulder bag than a backpack.

What do you guys think about an MEC bag for the takedown?

I'm thinking all the extra compartments will come in handy if i get something like this
