I bought a Case Pro couple months ago in 9mm, ran about 5k cases, a problem developed, in that the case wouldnt roll, but just travel fwd in the indent of the right die plate....... I have phoned and emailed case pro at least a dozen times. they dont pick up the phone or respond to emails. I have tried adjusting the die travel, doesnt seem to help. Any suggestions? Anyone know if casepro is still in business?
