Just started to reload and headed out last night to test things out. Took two rifles and about eight different loads out of the hornady manual. Accuracy definatly has improved in my no1 in 25-06 and the t3 in 30-06 but what I did notice was the casing necks had black powder burns on the outside down to the shoulder. The t-3 has always done this from new but it is a new phenomenon in the no1. I went by the book neck sizing and full length sizing with a lee trimmer. Is it my ammo or is it the rifle?
