Hello all,
Looking for some advice/info on cast bullets and price.
I have recently come into some cast bullets (long story) that I am looking to sell and not too sure on what price these go for. I looked around but there not too much to base an asking price on.
Also a since I have never purchased or loaded cast I'm learning this week!
I used a micrometer to measure them and scale to weight them so diameter should be good but weight might be a few grains +-
There's .314 diameter ones (maybe 303 Brit or soviet 7.62 Mosin?) 200-203-ish grain and some .326 (maybe for 8mm Mauser) 180-183-ish grain ones. they seem to have gas checks but they are not the copper ones 'google' showed when I was looking them up. They are lubricated with some kind of wax substance but not sure if they are hard or soft cast..
here is the link to my google photo album (hopefully it works)
Good or bad news is always appreciated,
Tim

The gas checks appear to be home made aluminum. Not knowing what alloy was used and which lube will make it a hard sell to my mind. If they were pistol calibers, then pretty much anything will work, and selling them would be easier.
Good luck with the sale.

Look at my website for an idea on price. .314" is probably meant for 303 british Lee Enfield rifles. The aluminum checks are ok, not a great deal of difference performance-wise from copper, but buyers tend to strongly prefer copper.
