Hi all,
I have some questions in regards to casting bullets. I am trying to make bullets for my Parker Hale 1863 Musketoon reproduction, and I can't seem to get the bullet diameter the right size. This is my first muzzle loader and I just want to get it out and shooting.
Basically I have two molds, one a brass .58 Cal mold, and the other a Lee .575 dia mold. Both produce bullets in the .582 range well I am hoping to get bullets in the .575-.576 range for ease of loading. The .575 dia mold I was hoping would produce at size but apparently it doesn't. Any help would be appreciated.
