I know there are some really nice commercial units out there but I'm seeing a lot of home built semi professional ones that are quite nice... Anyone here use something like this? Show em off or post up links to interesting gear!

That is a home made copy of the Master Caster from Magma Engineering. I know a guy in Idaho who has an original Master Caster and a home made copy of it. They both work "almost" the same.
If you're mechanically inclined, a good welder and have the right tools you ca do it. It would be a great project and a personal challenge.
