Casting pellets

Just wondering if anyone does this. If so where did you get the molds?

You'd need the equipment to casr and swaged... it's not worth my time when I can shoot world class pellets for $10/500 (.177)

It would be worth it if you're shooting a45 cal airgun

I made a .177 cal mold one time too slow to get any real supply of pellets tossed it in a tool box somewhere might still have it

I was just thinking about picking something up to have 'just in case' I am not a prepper but like to be prepared.

Unless you're shooting one of the big bire (9mm / 45 cal) airgun... having a mold "just in case" is kind of a moot point.
- .177 and .22 are good for small games.
- A sleeve of 5,000 pellets will cost you less than a mold. And since you won't use that rifle/pistol to fend off zombies, 5,000 pellets should last you a long time.

If you're into bigger stuff, this guy's stuff is often talked about. It will set you back $200 + shipping + the regular casting stuff
