CB's - what gives?

I've noticed that, "terminal-effect-wise", the CB (Long) gets "most vicious" out of a 25-inch barrel. Both my Remington 512 and Rem 552 have consistently shown this; has anyone else had this experience?

cyclone - can you elaborate a little bit? Are you comparing CB's to other 22 ammo types or CB'S shot through 25" to Cb'S shot through longer\ shorter barrel? and how do you measure "viciousity"?

I guess I should have elaborated more ...Vicious-ness to me would be "depth of penetration" into a terminal medium, I suppose. Thank you for the impetus for clarification.
