While I eagerly await an email back from korth regarding an IOP purchase, does anyone know if either of these rifles are still available, or is the whole batch gone? I got an out of office reply from the contact I was referred to at korth, and I am dying to know!

I am really hoping I didnt miss the bus on this one...

Which of the two barrel lengths are you looking for?

I am torn between the two, so it will most likely come down to what is available... 15.7" is more along the lines of what I want with features (more compact, heavy barrel) but tempted on the 20" out of a sense of familiarity and down the road, nostalgia... haha

I will eagerly await korth's reply then!

Let us know here what remains unsold? Based on the accuracy alone I suspect not many.

Not sure how you managed to glean that piece of info from their site, but thank you indeed.

On another note, I heard back from korth today and was told they indeed do have stock of both... sweet!

No one at work knew about these.... There was no info sent out.... and 90% of Canadian Gun owners don't go on forums.....

So no wonder they have this many left over....

Me telling my unit that Colt Canada was now selling to the public was met by the same response I would expect if I announced I was breeding unicorns in my basement. Not surprising for an organization where I constantly hear that ARs are banned in Canada .

Actually breeding unicorns would peek the interest of a few weirdos lol... Well I did manage to get 1 guy to buy one C8 at my unit.

The rest couldn't care less about guns, Unless its on COD , its sad....
