quick question for everyone reloading shotshells, i have a 00 load calling for:
shot: 1 1/4 #00 LEAD BUCKSHOT
powder: HS-6
primer: CCI 209M
wad: WAA12F114
powder min: 30.5
powder max: 32
min pressure: 8,700 PSI
max pressure: 9,500 PSI
my other load is a 1 1/4 ounce #7.5 shot
it calls for the same powder, wads, hulls but 32gr - 34gr but ive already been shooting a reduced load of 30.5gr of hs6.
anyone see a problem with substituting the hotter 209M with a cooler win 209 ?
