Has anyone had any experience with this ammo, good, bad or otherwise? I recently bought a Glock 44 which broadly needs slightly hotter ammo to cycle reliably (~1200fps+) and found the Blazer offering. They run ~1235fps (like Mini-Mags) and are just plain old lead round nose projectiles, unlike the Mini-Mags.

At $6/50 rounds they’re about the cheapest box on the block right now.

I’ve run this through two different 10/22’s and an Advantage Arms .22 conversion kit on a Glock 17 and it’s great ammo. That being said I’ve never found ammo either of my 10/22’s won’t eat reliably. I bought 5000 a few years ago and wish I had stocked up more back then.

It is my understanding, that CCI Blazer is basically the CCI HV but without the copper coating.

CCI is probably the most solid choice for your average 22lr....anything above that is competition level, where the shooters are looking to go through the same hole at 100 yards.

It's the only 22LR ammo I've ever bought in case lots (5K), and I use it for gopher shooting out west. My CZ452 Varmint seems to like it OK, one of the very few HV offerings it'll cooperate with. I never buy it/use it for anything else though.

to me cci blazer and min-mag are kind of interchangeable, in terms of the performance, price and muzzle velocity.
When I see either of them on sale, I stock up like 3000-5000 rounds.

It functions through my 10/22 in Speed Steel without any issues.
It is often mixed with Thunderbolt, CCI MM, CCI SV and BBM . . . anything that lacks a standard for accuracy.
There were problems with the mixed ammo in a match barrel but don't know which brand was the problem.
Not really known for accuracy.
To quote another shooter . . . "My rifle loves Blazer" . . . the love affair ended at his first shoot . . . LOL!

I've only put a few hundred rounds through my new to me G44. Half Blazer that I have a lot of from the last rimfire shortage and half mini mags that I have a lot of since it was what another .22 I no longer have liked. The mini mags have run without issue so far and I did have 2 fail to feed issues with the Blazer. This is the first gun I've had any issues feeding or firing the Blazer stuff. It's been great in everything else I've put it in.

I'm bad for buying what's on sale,, free shipping, that said I'm having good luck with the CCI Blazer, Norma TAC 22 and the Seller Benoit ammo with the Maple Leaf in the box.
