Hi, I am deciding whether to get the Blazer or Blazer Brass in 9mm. I have no plans to reload and I understand that is a benefit of the brass version. My question is, is there a market for spent brass casings? I imagine it would have to be a large volume of it. If not I will just get the regular stuff.

It also seems like there is an aluminum version (Blazer Aluminum) rather than Blazer and Blazer Brass. Does anyone have any feedback and experience using any of these in terms of performance and especially any associated issues between the different kinds?

Thanks in advance.

Perfect, thanks - I have gone and purchased brass rounds then...I will let you know when I have sufficient spent casings...

I tried the aluminum cased rounds and found they did not cycle as well in my Glock.

As for a market, there always is a market for brass. I just sold a batch of 9 mm in the summer. But as the one person said if you do not want to be bothered with the time it would take to save enough brass to make a sale worthwhile (I would say minimum 1000 cases) "please be kind and leave behind".

I ended up getting the brass version, but it was only available in 115gr, not my usual 124. Shall have to test it to see if there is any issues in my gun using a lighter weight bullet

One of the times I found a sale of aluminum cased ammo for $180/1000 I bought it to try. At that price I couldn't walk away. So far I have put about 750 through my Glock 19x without a single malfunction. I've also run about 100 through one of those Chiappa M1-9 carbines without issue. But, I have heard of other people besides you having issues (particularly extraction issues what I read)
