CCI Clean . 22

Depends what you want to do with I guess... probably 'ok' but not that great, as most CCI stuff. (better then remington, federal etc etc) Good for short range (out to 150m). But marketed as 'clean' did you pay less carbon tax on it?

CCi Clean i intended to be run in 22 semi autos. To reduce barrel fowling.
Nothing to do with politics bud.
And no you can squawk about green tag either. It’s made of led not compressed organic vegan #### pellets

Anybody use this stuff? I grabbed a pile due to pricing and speculation of future world shortages. Is it decent ammo?

I haven’t shot the CCI clean yet. But I’ve been using mostly CCI products in my rimfires for years.
I would place them above average in rimfire ammunition.
Not your match grade stuff like SK, Eley, Lapua or RWS.
Also not the price point either.

CCI SV is my budget target ammo. Haven’t had a 22 that wouldn’t shoot it decently.

What are you shooting it out of?

Take it out and shoot some groups. Like most rimfire. Find how your gun likes it.
40g and 1200fps is a pretty standard 22lr load.

Believing this to be a version of CCI MiniMags it has been tried.

No Raving Hell! The red stuff leaves a pink smudge around the bullet hole.
Not worth trying the green stuff.

SSDD . . . Same Stuff Different Day!

I'm sure you realize it isn't called "Clean" for environmental reasons.

We're talking about bullets/primers/etc, to say nothing of actually using said product... of course this stuff isn't exactly nature friendly.

It’s “Clean”er than regular ammo when using a suppressor!
Most suppressors are a pain to clean.
