CCI Mini Mag alternatives

The federal black pack that have been on sale at really good prices recently,look and perform almost exactly like the minimags.The bullet has a pretty identical appearance to the minimags..I recently shot groups at a 100yds with both the minimags and these bulk black packs and the grouping and point of impact were identical.No reliability issues either in my GSG 16(which can be pretty fussy with bulk winchester and remington ammo)

I've heard the Federal black pack are CCI Mini mags as well. I read a comparison post where they had the bullets next to each other and they look nearly identical. Performance was same as well I'm told.

Cabela's has the 1100 round black pack on for $65 right now, regular $99.

I found the blazer lead nose to shoot really well. Just need to make sure you wash your hands after.

You should anyway. No 22LR bullets are jacketed, there is a copper wash but it is raw lead that you are handling for the most part.

I shoot about 350rds a week of CCI blazer .22LR out of my S&W 22A-1. Its cheap and I never have any issues with it. This gun will have a lot of failure to fire issues with some of the other ammo I have tried, but never with CCI blazer, mini-mag, or stinger. The 5000 round case of blazer goes on sale for around $269

My Bersa eats everything except the weaker subsonic stuff. The Stingers did have more snap. Fun little pistol. When the daughter tried it, she claimed it as her own.
Tactical Imports had a really good price a month or 2 ago. Might have to get another one for myself...lol
