CCI Stingers in Buckmark Camper

Finally got to shoot my new pistol.

Tried a bunch of different ammo: Federal Bulk and Match, Mini Mags etc.

It didn't seem to want to eat the Stingers. I would load the mag and the round wouldn't slide into the chamber. I didn't force it and just went on shooting my other ammo.

Anyone have a perspective on this?

Do you mean the round wouldn't go all the way in?
Stingers have a longer case than regular .22lr, ~.100 longer if my memory serves me right.

Ha! and it so happens my other firearm is a CZ452.

So now I have an 7 dollar box of useless ammo.

Echo: the round will get stuck going up the ramp into the chamber. I'm going to play with it again - it loads them if I only put one in the magazine.
 
With an empty clean chamber, if the round drops in up to the rim, your chamber is fine and you have a feed issue.
Ride the slide and watch how the round strips off the mag and if/how the other rounds are screwing it up.

IMHO (worth a whole $.02), Stingers and other hyper velocity rounds aren't worth it in a pistol. If they feed and fire, you're beating up your pistol for a little extra power. They really shine in rifles. Pistols....not so much.

Check the overall length and compare with Fed Bulk, CCI Blazer and CCI Mini mag. BTW, Stingers are hotter loads compared to Fed Bulk, Blazer and Mini Mag. They are also more expensive and not necessarily cleaner. They are designed primarily for use in Semi-auto Rifles, though can also be used in pistols. If you are looking for accuracy, buy match grade High Vel. rounds. Stingers are as accurate as some bulk packs. Try small packages of every High Vel. rounds you can get. I think Stingers belongs to the HYPER VELOCITY rounds, a notch above High Velocity. Don't get me wrong, these are still usable in some pistols. But might pose some damage to moving parts for they will definitely exhibit a stronger recoil. Some pot-metal parts on some rimfire pistols might not be able to handle this reaction.
 
Have a Buckmark and a 452 CZ, too. Wouldn't feed either Stinger rounds. Nor would my custom 10/22 eat them.
Seems like it's not worth the aggravation.
