Well I finally made up my mind to purchase a 20g summit sporter and was told I'll
be waiting 3 to 6 month's for delivery, I'm not in that big of rush but should I be looking closer at a Browning XS or what? Any comment's will be appreciated.

If I were looking for something like that, I'd be inclined to wait, but have you checked out F.A.I.R.?

Hey looch I have'nt heard of F.A.I.R before could you add a little insight? Also I see by your icon you may be a fellow Lab nut. Cheers.

I would look at a Browning if you needed one right away otherwise worth the wait.

BTW looks like a German Shorthair to me:D

just got the new edition of the access to firearms... ad from a calgary cdn. tire store lists 2 CG's... I left the paper in my briefcase, maybe someone could post specifics on those guns... listed at 2399 and 2799 if memory serves me.

Ryan's right - that's my old buddy Stradivarius Wilhelm, R.I.P.

F.A.I.R. is one of the Rizzini brothers' companies. You want a soap opera? Read up on the Italian shotgun industry - it's nuts.

I hold the Guerini in higher esteem, but I was still intrigued by F.A.I.R.'s offerings. Here's their website:

I have a new Rizzini ( F.A.I.R.) on order.
Great shotguns from what I have read.
Wait time is considerably less than 6 months.
Mine will be an express rifle - O/U with 6.5X55 barerels and a set of 20 guage barrels also.

CGs at Cdn Tire  I must really ponder on moving out West. The only C guns that I've come across and for that matter only at a handful of Cnd Tire stores around the GTA - are those crummy Crossman pellet guns :D

Thank's for all the post's I will follow all of them up, I'm still waiting for my March
Access magazine so I will look into that also. Sorry looch for the wrong call on your old hunting buddy maybe it's eye glasses time.

Not at all - happens a lot.

B.Rizzini are excellent guns and slightly up in quality over CG. They are cousins btw! Don't wait and get a Beretta. You will get a FACTORY owned distributor with a proven customer and quality control system in place. If you shoot in the US or Europe, you will get FREE maintenance and upkeep, forever!

Best regards,
Henry;)
