Hi Everyone,

So I have a .22 rifle I would like to put a scope on. I also have a 3-9x50 scope. It has parralax adjustment on it so it should work. Any reason it would be a bad idea? I have had people tell me it's stupid and just stop being a cheap ass and buy a rimfire scope. It will be used for target shooting at 50M and 100M

Thanks

I use Sightron SIII 8X32X56 on my precision rimfires for 50 and 100 yard shooting. Nothing wrong with putting scopes that are usually put on centerfires on a rimfire

Why would you want to go buy a Crappy rim fire scope when you have something that's better already?

The only reason i can think of for not using what you already have is if the 50mm lens is too big, and requires the scope to be mounted too high for a good cheek weld.

I think this will be a problem. If so, I will buy a stock with adjustable cheek rather than buy another scope. Thanks everyone for your input.
